Engagement Description –
• Manage the risk, decisions and dependences to support the business and IT delivery leads responsible for development and implementation of regulatory projects with complex scope and deliverables, inclusive of process and technology changes. Ensure timely escalation and mitigation are executed by the project teams. Manage and report overall project health.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
1. 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
2. Develop summaries of project schedules, identify dependencies, risks and issue mitigation.
2. Support monitoring project status for significant deviations in quality, cost or schedule.
3. Support meeting facilitation, meeting management and project coordination.
4. Support the development and facilitation of business decisions, presentations and project status.
Required Skills/Experience –
1. Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
2. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
3. Ability to work independently, within a team environment and with multiple priorities.
4. Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., Access, Excel and Word).
5. Ability to work closely with the business and technical support teams in understanding and resolving issues.
Preferred Skills/Experience –
• Leadership and/or analytical experience with data, systems, and operations.
• Knowledge of program management preferred.
Education/Certifications – Include:
• Bachelor degree required in a related field.
• Three (3) years project management experience in health plan operations or related field.
• Project Management Professional Certificate preferred.
